In this criminal case, defendant appeals a judgment convicting him of one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (UUV), ORS 164.135, and two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, ORS 811.540, raising four assignments of error.1 We reject defendant’s second and third assignments of error, which relate to the trial court’s admission of photographs of his tattoos, without further discussion.
