Plaintiff appeals from an order granting the motion for summary judgment of defendants Drs. Kravitz, Buchanan, Lipscomb and Chris Hall, a physician’s assistant, and denying plaintiff’s motion for appointment of counsel in an action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. Section 1983 (West 1981).
