Electrical Distributors, Inc. (“EDI”) appeals from the denial of its motion for summary judgment and the grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees Turner Construction Company (“Turner”) and Federal Insurance Company (“Federal”) in a suit to enforce its lien rights against a construction project for materials furnished but not paid for.
