OPINION
CHAVEZ, Justice.
This appeals arises from the denial of the petition for bill of review filed by appellant, Eulalia Gutierrez (“Gutierrez”). We reverse and remand for disposition consistent with this opinion.
Facts
On August 5, 1988, Gutierrez filed her original petition, by and through attorney J.R. “Bobby” Flores (“Flores”), against ap-pellee, Lone Star National Bank (“Lone Star”), and others.
