This is a rather unique appeal of a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, division of domestic relations, involving an action brought in the state of New Jersey pursuant to the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act.
The facts in brief are that Consuelo and Rene Morales were married in Columbus, Ohio, in 1966. In 1970, Consuelo, the wife, brought an action for divorce against her husband, Rene, in Franklin County, Ohio, alleging in her complaint that two children, whose ages at that time were four years and three months, had been born of such marriage.…
