Action for $50,000 damages for personal injuries, in which defendant had verdict and judgment.

On December 25, 1968, at about 6:00 p. m., Carl Rickman, age 19, accompanied by Billy Libia, age 18, was operating a 1955 Chevrolet automobile westerly on Highway 34, en route to Piedmont.
