The appellant Donald Mobbs appeals from his conviction on six counts of incest, which resulted in consecutive sentences of ten years on each count, for a total of sixty years, and a fine of $30,000. He further appeals from the circuit court’s denial of his petition for post-conviction relief under Ark. R. Crim. P. 36.4, which was then in effect, on grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm his conviction and the denial of his Rule 36.4 petition.
