Appeal from an order of the County Court of Saratoga County (Sypniewski, J.), entered August 11, 2015, which classified defendant as a risk level three sex offender pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act.

In April 2014, defendant pleaded guilty to rape in the third degree, admitting that he had engaged in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl when he was 21 years old (see Penal Law § 130.25 [2]).
