*1278Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orleans County (James E Punch, A.J.), entered June 1, 2006 in a personal injury action. The order, inter alia, granted the motion of defendant and third-party plaintiff for summary judgment dismissing the Labor Law cause of action against it and for summary judgment on its contractual and common-law indemnification causes of action against third-party defendant.
