McKAY, Circuit Judge.

In this case, appellants Tilman Hoskie, a minor, and his parents, Pauline and Jimmy Hoskie, argue that they were awarded insufficient damages in their medical, malpractice suit against the United States brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671-2680 (1976). This case arises from very serious malpractice by government employees in their treatment of Tilman Hoskie at the Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, on August 17, 1977.
