Appellant contracted to purchase and respondents to sell an automobile sales and service business, including parts and merchandise, shop equipment, office equipment, furniture and fixtures, and movable parts bins. As a part of the transaction, but by separate document, respondents leased the garage building to appellant. Later, a third document entitled “Addendum to Lease and Addendum to Agreement, ’ ’ was executed by the parties.
