COLEMAN, District Judge.
This case is now before the Court on defendants’ motion for a summary judgment of dismissal of the suit on the pleadings, pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c.
The sole question presented for determination by defendants’ motion is whether the action is barred by limitations. The jurisdictional prerequisites as to diversity of citizenship and amount involved are satisfied.
