This is an appeal from the decree of the circuit court of the United States for the district of Maryland dismissing the bill in equity filed in that court by the appellants against the appellee. 88 Fed. 607. The bill was hied by the appellants, creditors of the Brunswick Slate Bank of Georgia, on their own behalf and on behalf of such other creditors as might intervene against the appellee, the National Bank of Baltimore, alleged to be liable as a stockholder in the Brunswick State Bank.
