DECISION

The contract dispute before the Court was brought by Joseph Saccoccia (hereinafter "plaintiff") against Philips Lighting Company (hereinafter "defendant"). This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to G.L. 1956 §8-2-14.

Facts/Travel

Defendant is a duly organized corporation with its principal place of business in the State of New Jersey. Plaintiff was employed by defendant as an I/C (Industrial/Commercial) Regional Sales Manager. In 1997, defendant instituted a program referred to as "Project Triangle."
