BONDY, District Judge.
As security for the repayment of money advanced to Garcia Sugars Corporation by plaintiff, Garcia Sugars Corporation endorsed and transferred to plaintiff negotiable warehouse receipts issued by Harbor Stores Corporation. These certified that Harbor Stores Corporation had received specified bags of cocoa beans for the account of Garcia Sugars Corporation to be delivered to order.
