The plaintiff-appellant Insurance Company of North America (“INA”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Sand, J.) awarding the defendant-appellee Armenia Coffee Corporation (“Armenia”), following a bench trial, $1,640,382 on its claim against INA for insurance coverage of coffee that allegedly disappeared from two warehouses in Mexico.
