A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to her pleas, of making a false official statement and involuntary manslaughter, in violation of Articles 107 and 119, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 907 and 919. She was sentenced to confinement for 18 months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to pay grade E-l.
