I. INTRODUCTION

On October 3, 2011, this Court issued an Opinion and Order (the “Opinion”) granting Northwestern National Insurance Company’s (“NNIC”) motion to disqualify Freeborn & Peters LLP (“Freeborn”) from further representing Insco, Ltd. (“Insco”) in a pending arbitration.1 Insco now moves for a stay of the Court’s Opinion pending appeal on the grounds that (1) the Opinion is likely to be reversed on appeal, and (2) this Court’s decision to disqualify counsel imposes a severe hardship on Insco.
