The facts of this case are set forth in Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company v. Bennett, Ky. App., 635 S.W.2d 482 (1981), wherein the Court of Appeals held that Sections 14 and 54 of Kentucky Constitution are not violated by those provisions 1 of the Motor Vehicle Reparations Act (the “no-fault” law) which limit a no-fault insurer’s right of recoupment against a third-party tortfeasor.
