Plaintiffs Bruce Boise, Keith Dufour and Andrew Augustine bring this action against defendants Cephalon, Inc., and John Does #1-100 to recover damages and civil penalties on behalf of the United States as qui tarn relators pursuant to the False Claims Act (FCA), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729, et seq. and analogous state laws.
