MEMORANDUM OPINION
A. THOMAS SMALL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding was brought by Ormond Wholesale Company, Inc., (“Or-mond”), against the chapter 11 debtors in possession, James Clay Moore and Ann H. Moore, to impress an equitable lien on possible proceeds of an insurance policy. The trial was held in Raleigh, North Carolina, on October 22, 1985.
