Knut O. Fossum and Zuleima O. Fossum, his wife, appellees, filed their bill in the circuit court of Cook county against L. Bertha Stark and Charles E. Nixon to enjoin them from obstructing a passageway in the basement on the north side of the south building of two buildings owned by the parties. L. Bertha Stark died, before the hearing on the bill, and her husband and heirs, Henry Stark, Edward V. Stark and Henry Stark, Jr., were substituted by a supplemental bill.
