1. Proceedings before the congressional reference

The Department of Justice (“DOJ”) sought to implement a standardized case management system in specified United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Executive Office of United States Attorneys to assist in the record keeping and tracking of civil, criminal, and debt collection actions.
