This action was brought by a minor, through his father as guardian ad litem, to recover damages on account of personal injuries received while in the employ of the Northern Pacific Railway Company. The cause was tried to the court and a jury. At the close of the evidence, the court sustained defendants’ motion for a directed verdict, and dismissed the action. The plaintiff appeals.
