This case presents three separate appeals from final action of the District Court in a criminal proceeding which resulted in defendant’s conviction on a charge of bank robbery. The first of these, No. 8144, is a direct appeal from the judgment order of conviction. The second, No. 8354, is an appeal from the Court’s order denying defendant’s motion for new trial on the grounds of newly discovered evidence.
