This action was filed under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to enforce the rights of the plaintiff class members under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq., and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794. This matter is now before the Court on plaintiff Michael Edmonds’ motion for attorneys’ fees in connection with his post-November 1999 representation by counsel.
