In the Criminal Court of Record for the County of Duval, the plaintiff in error was tried, *248convicted and sentenced upon the following information (Omitting its formal parts.) :
“That L. R. Dnkes and Orville Warmock of the County of Duval and State of Florida, on the 9th day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty, in the County and State aforesaid, one lot of paper bills of the value of $7,500.90 of the money and currency of the United States, a more particular description of which said lot -of paper bills is to your informant unknown of the money, property, goods…
