WOODBURY, Chief Judge.

This is a petition by the United States for a writ of mandamus directing a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and also that District Court, to vacate a “Judgment of Acquittal” entered by the judge in a criminal case, to reassign the ease for trial, and for such other and further relief as this court may deem just.
