This action was brought to obtain a decree that twenty-nine shares of the capital stock of the San Joaquin Valley Building and Loan Association is the property of the estate of Deborah H. Lee, deceased. Findings were filed upon which judgment was entered for defendants. This appeal is from the judgment on the judgment-roll and a bill of exceptions.
