In a negligence action to recover damages for personal and property injuries, etc., defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 27, 1968, which granted plaintiffs’ motion to set aside a jury verdict in favor of defendant. Order affirmed, with costs. The plaintiff driver claimed that defendant’s testatrix, while driving in the opposite direction, made a sudden left turn, thereby causing an unavoidable collision.
