DUFFY, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on Plaintiff Parks Automotive Group, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff’) Motion for Class Certification. For the reasons stated herein, Plaintiffs motion is denied.
BACKGROUND
In December 2004, a shipment of approximately 2,500 General Motors trucks and SUVs manufactured in Siao, Mexico were exposed to El Norte storms while being transported to Florida.
