This case has previously been before this Court and the Supreme Court. Goodwin, Inc v Orson E Coe Pontiac, Inc, 43 Mich App 640; 204 NW2d 749 (1973), rev’d 392 Mich 195; 220 NW2d 664 (1974). Upon application for rehearing, the Supreme Court reaffirmed its opinion but vacated its affirmance of the trial court and remanded to this Court for further consideration of other issues previously raised but not discussed.
