The plaintiff is the publisher of a newspaper devoted to the examination of electrical subjects under the name of “The Electrical World.” *804The name has been combined with electrical structures and devices to form and exhibit its title-page. This was finally adopted from, and by way of improvement upon, a preceding publication of the plaintiff, and likewise devoted to the consideration and discussion of electrical intelligence.
