The first error assigned embraces two bills of exception taken to the opinion of the court below, rejecting evidence offered by the plaintiff in error to prove a much larger money consideration than that inserted in his deed of conveyance from John Dougherty, one of the defendants, in order to relieve it from the imputation of having been obtained by fraud from Dougherty.
