HAYS, Justice.

Manuel Chiquete Soto, hereinafter appellant, was convicted by a jury of murder, first degree, armed robbery and armed burglary. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of parole for 25 years on the murder conviction. Concurrently, he was sentenced to 5 to 10 years on each of the other counts. From these convictions and sentences he appeals. We have jurisdiction pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 13-1711 and 12 — 120.21(A)(1).
