This is an appeal from final judgment of the Circuit Court of Adair County, Missouri. The cause arose in the probate court of Scotland county, by Charles Clow, a beneficiary under the will of deceased, filing written exceptions to certain credits claimed by the exeeutrix in her first semi-annual settlement, her two annual settlements, and lier final settlement. The exceptions questioned the legality of about 153 items of credit claimed by the executrix.
