Appeal from District Court, Bexar County ; J. L. Camp, Judge. Injunction by the Daughters of the Repu’o-lie of Texas against A. B. Conley and others. From an order perpetuating a temporary injunction, defendants appeal.

Appellee, a private corporation duly incorporated under the laws of Texas, instituted this suit to enjoin Dr. A. B. Conley, individually and as superintendent of public buildings and grounds, J. B. Nitschke, individually and as state inspector of masonry, and J. M. English, individually and as foreman of the workmen engaged in trespassing upon certain property, from so trespassing. It was alleged that, by an act of the Legislature of Texas dated January 26, 1905 (Acts 29th Leg. c. 7), the Governor was authorized to purchase the property known as the Hugo-Schmeltzer property, formerly a part…
