MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LOZANO, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the government’s Response to and Motion to Reconsider Court’s Memorandum Opinion and Order of July 20, 1990. The court has rejected tendered plea agreements of defendants, Linda Hinkle, Julio Abreu, and Nicholas Padilla. The court has taken under advisement the tendered plea agreements of defendants, Carlos Arroyo, Theodore Gonzales, Richard Melendez, John Reyna, Hardy Rivera, and Damaso Vasquez.
