This comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc.30) on all of Plaintiffs claims: racial discrimination based on a hostile work environment in violation of Title VII 1 and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination; 2 and outrageous conduct, or intentional infliction of emotional distress.
