MEMORANDUM **

Stephen Turner appeals the district court’s decision affirming the Commissioner of Social Security’s denial of his application for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act. The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) concluded that Turner had the severe impairments of narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder.
