Following a jury trial, Defendant-Appellant Robert Walter Forster was convicted of failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (“SOR-NA”), in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2250(a) and 42 U.S.C. § 16913. The conviction stemmed from Mr. Forster’s failure to register or update his registration as required by SORNA.
