RYAN, Circuit Judge.
In this diversity action to vacate and confirm arbitration awards, Sac-Co, Inc. appeals the magistrate judge’s judgment vacating the award of punitive damages ordered by an arbitrator. We are asked to determine whether (1) the magistrate judge erred in vacating the arbitrator’s entire punitive damages award, and (2) whether the case should be remanded to the arbitrator.
