Yong Hyon Kim (“Kim”) appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered on July 19, 199B by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Kim was convicted in the district court of possessing with the intent to distribute six kilograms of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 300 months.
