J. H. Hawes, as guardian of Neal McCord, brought an action against E. H. 'McCord, a former guardian, and the Standard Accident Insurance Compaq, the surety on the former guardian’s bond, alleging various acts of mismanagement and waste. .The defendants demurred generally and specially on numerous grounds. The plaintiff filed two amendments, to which, and to the petition as amended, the defendants demurred and renewed their first demurrers.
