This is another in the seemingly unending series of squabbles over brokerage commissions, which differs from the usual case only because personalty was the sub ject of the sale and Code (1957, 1968 Repl. Vol.) Art. 2, § 17, which sets forth the circumstances under which a real estate broker may be entitled to commissions, in the absence of an agreement to the contrary, is of remote applicability, Wood v. Standard Wholesale Phosphate Co., 140 Md. 654, 657, 118 A. 179 (1922).
