DefendanU-Appellant Marvin Goodlow Washington refused to abide by the rules of his group home and received an eviction notice. The government sought his arrest because continued residence in that group home was a condition of Washington’s continued release under 18 U.S.C. § 4243 (“Section 4243”), which creates a system of conditional release for individuals who, like Washington, were found not guilty of crimes only by reason of insanity.
