MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

In this case, Plaintiff John Heublein is challenging the actions taken by his employer, Kansas State University, and several of his colleagues in response to complaints about his behavior. In his complaint, Heublein asserts a section 1983 claim, alleging violations of his procedural and substantive due process rights, free speech rights, and academic freedom rights, and two state law claims, defamation and breach of contract.
