On appeal from a decree of the chancellor, who delivered the following opinion: This is a suit for the specific performance of a contract to convey lands. The complainant asks that the defendants be compelled to convey to him a strip of land in the city of Bayonne, which bounds on the Newark bay, which he has taken possession of, under the contract he seeks to enforce, and has improved and which now constitutes his home.
