Action to recover damages claimed to have been occasioned by an automobile collision between the gravel truck driven by plaintiff and a Chrysler automobile driven by the defendant Osborn, an employee of the defendant A. H. Jones Company. The collision took place at the intersection of two highways in Adams county on June 23, 1931, at about 6:15 p. m.
