(after tftatmg the faots) : The court below erred in granting the temporary injunction, and in overruling the demurrer of the defendants to the bill of complaint and in the rendition of the final decree in this cause. The bill is so vague and meagre in its allegations as not to entitle the complainant, the J. C. Turner Lumber Company, to the relief prayed or to any relief in a court of equity.
